Payment is made on Stripe's secure payment page. We do not store your card details.

Payment timing: At the time of booking (your booking is confirmed once payment is complete)

Cancellation fees apply from 0:00 (JST) 21 days before the tour date.
(Example: For a tour on November 8, from 0:00 on October 18)

Cancellations made up to 22 days before the tour date are free of charge.

If you cancel for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees apply. Thank you for your understanding.

21 to 8 days before the tour: 10%
7 to 2 days before the tour: 30%
The day before the tour: 50%
The day of the tour: 100%

If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, no fee will be charged. However, if you cancel for personal reasons, the cancellation fees above apply.

The tour will run in light rain, but may be cancelled in severe weather such as heavy rain.

In poor weather, we will do our best to accommodate your requests, such as changing the start time or shortening the tour. Please contact us.

We operate the tour with careful attention to weather conditions, but we may end the tour early if the weather changes suddenly and unexpectedly. As a rule, we decide whether to cancel by the day before the tour, but in the case of sudden weather changes or activities with strict operating standards, the decision may be made just before the tour. These measures are for your safety. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds are made to the credit card used for payment. Depending on your card company's processing, it may take from several days to several weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.
